The real MCAT feels harder, but the curve is better so the score ends up fine. I wouldn't say it's a difference of yield, that can vary across tests, and even difficulty of the real day varies, but the curve evens it out in the end. I personally believe UWORLD is much harder. The impression I got is that OP is at the start of AAMC qpack 1, which is probably some of the tougher passages out there.
