I took it back to my dealer and they replaced the drive shaft with a new bearing. When I took it home and first drove it no noise. After 11 miles the noise is back. This is pretty much an on going problem with Gator clutches I have found out. Other equip: 1982 IH 274 diesel, 1957 Farmall Cub, 1992 33" cut Snapper rear engine rider, 1984 30" cut Snapper rear engine rider. The 2020 Gators have an electronic clutch engagement system for 4wd and diff lock.Here is a picture of my Gator. The secondary/driven clutch is at the bottom and you can see the belt is at the very top when it's not running. You can also see how the primary/drive clutch has opened all the way letting the belt "fall" down to the shaft. It is not tight and the belt has some clearance on either side when it's at the bottom.

The dealer's tech. said i need a new throttle assembly for the tune of around $800. Worse yet, he said it will happen again at around another 200 hrs.Set it low.
