This could be caused by a weak magazine spring or a sticky follower. I have seen several M11-A1 magazines that shipped with very a viscous preservative on the inside of the magazine body. Try cleaning the inside of the magazine and confirm the follower moves freely along the entire length of the body.At the end of the day, caring my M11, it almost feels like I have a kettle bell strapped to my side though appendix carry had made it much easier.
